» Humayun's Tomb : Built by Humayun's widowed Queen Haji Begum, in the sixteenth century. It stands at a place called Nizammuddin.
» India Gate : This is a 42-meter-high building, built as a memorial for the Indian soldiers who lost their lives in world war I. A flame is burnt beneath it to keep the place eternally charged.
» Jama Masjid : This largest mosque in India is located opposite to the Red fort. It was constructed in 1656 and is an reminder of religious devoutness of the Mughals.
